Tip of the week from Baseball Factory headquarters. Show an early glove, with the pocket staring at the pitcher. A good low target begins with a great primary stance. This is an area that NLCA focuses on every clinic we run. Leg strength and flexibility must be developed right along with our other skills. Remember to train that core properly, and feel the difference it makes in your stance and your target.
