A Firm Foundation: Catching IQ

This mini-course will set you up to understand the nuances of catching skills and prepare you to build a firm foundation for catching.

Each skill is approached from the 10,000-foot view, then broken down into a few mental components to help catchers understand the building blocks of catching IQ, training and executing skills when it matters most.
