The pace of this is training is designed for catchers to run through two sessions per week.
The athletic drills are not necessarily designed as warm up activities although they do prime movements which are key to making plays. These drills are meant to be explosive and to be done at near max or max effort. If catchers need to start slowly to gauge their coordination and athleticism that can be built into their progressions. 3-4 sets of each drill is perfect for the drills. Vary the reps as desired and keep in mind the closer to season the higher the volume.
